واشنگٹن: اسرائیل نے شمالی غزہ سے فلسطینیوں کو انخلا کی اجازت دینے کیلئے روزانہ چار گھنٹے کی جنگ بندی پر اتفاق کیا ہے۔

 غیرملکی میڈیا کے مطابق وائٹ ہاؤس کا کہنا ہے کہ اسرائیل جمعرات سے شمالی غزہ کے علاقوں میں حماس کے خلاف اپنے فوجی آپریشن میں چار گھنٹے کے وقفے پر عمل درآمد شروع کرے گا۔ وقفے کے دوران ان علاقوں میں کوئی فوجی کارروائی نہیں ہوگی۔ اسرائیل کم از کم تین گھنٹے پہلے وقفے کا اعلان کرے گا۔

امریکی قومی سلامتی کونسل کے ترجمان جان کربی نے کہا ہے کہ یہ وقفے صحیح سمت میں ایک قدم ہیں جس سے غزہ میں انسانی امداد کی فراہمی اور شہریوں کو فعال لڑائی سے دور محفوظ علاقوں کی طرف انخلا کرنے میں مدد ملے گی۔

اقوام متحدہ کے رابطہ دفتر برائے انسانی امور کا کہنا ہے کہ بدھ کو 50,000 افراد نے شمال سے جنوبی غزہ کی طرف نقل مکانی کی جو اس ہفتے اب تک کی سب سے زیادہ تعداد تھی، اتوار سے اب تک مجموعی طور پر 72,000 افراد شمالی غزہ سے نقل مکانی کر چکے ہیں

واضح رہے کہ اسرائیلی فورسز غزہ میں زمینی لڑائی کے علاوہ فضائی حملے بھی کر رہی ہیں جس کے نتیجے میں 7 اکتوبر سے اب تک کم از کم 10,812 فلسطینی شہید ہوچکے ہیں جبکہ اسرائیل میں اسی عرصے میں مرنے والوں کی تعداد 1,400 سے زیادہ ہے۔
